PURPOSE: A fishing rod is provided, which has a rubber paint coating layer which is difficult to be torn off. CONSTITUTION: A fishing rod includes: a rubber paint coating layer(A) which is formed at a specific area of outer surface of pole material(B); a reentrant groove(a) which is formed on the outer surface corresponding to the end part of the formation area of the rubber paint coating layer; and a rubber paint coating layer which is also coated on the outer surface of the reentrant groove. |
