<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen load change from the middle of the drawing out of a sealing member to its finish, by making the length by which the sealing member is drawn out equal to or shorter than the length of a welding part. <P>SOLUTION: The developer storage device includes: a developer storage section 170 in which a discharging port 170a is formed; a sealing member 180 having a first extension part 180a which is extended in a drawing-out direction D and a second extension part 180b extended in a direction opposite to the drawing-out direction D with the discharging port 170a between them, the sealing member sealing developer in the developer storage section 170 by closing the discharging port 170a along the welding part 184 so that it can be unsealed; and the seal bending member 182 disposed facing the discharging port 170a. The first extension part 180a is bent on the discharging port 170a side to be bent in the direction opposite to the drawing-out direction, further bent in the drawing-out direction D by the seal bending member 182, and guided out.
