<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training device capable of shortening a log analysis time after execution of training, acquiring efficiently the state of a weak point to a trainee, and executing highly effective training in a short time, concerning a training device used for training of a strategy planning activity of the trainee. <P>SOLUTION: A state, and ideal input content and timing to each state are described in a training scenario 103, and a simulation execution part 105 executes simulation of each state based on the training scenario 103, and an association processing part 106 associates an input content and an input time input into a training terminal 6 as a response to each state by the trainee with the ideal input content and timing, and writes them in a training log 104. Hereby, comparison between the input content of the trainee and the ideal input content, and comparison between the input timing of the trainee and the ideal input timing can be performed by the same training log, and the log analysis time can be shortened, and the state of the weak point to the trainee can be acquired efficiently. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
