<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caulking/sealing device that improves sealing reliability by enabling the stable caulking/sealing of a bottle with a sealing cap for a long time and that can also be used in a semi-automatic device for small or large quantity production using a semi-automatic system. <P>SOLUTION: The caulking/sealing device 1 for sealing the mouth of a bottle with a sealing cap has on its base support: a caulking/sealing device 5 provided with a press flip-flop device that flip-flops a press caulking rod 12 inserted in the hole of the center of a center-holed chuck having a caulking pawls; and a caulking/sealing flip-flop device that causes the caulking device to flip flop. The caulking flip-flop device controls the flip-flop of the caulking device and caulks/seals a sealing cap by sliding the caulking pawls and pressing the pressing/caulking rod. A position check sensor for the press caulking rod is disposed in a place where the position of the caulking flip-flop device, a chuck, or a press caulking rod can be checked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
