<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross arm exchange device which can safely exchange a cross arm attached with an anchor tool having a lateral strain insulator or the like, and can exchange the cross arm even if the cross arm is made conductive in the case that an overhead wire is an electric wire. <P>SOLUTION: The cross arm exchange device includes: a fixed part 10 fixed to an electric pole 103; a movable part 20 which is arranged at the fixed part 10 so as to be movable in a direction in which the movable part is separated from the electric pole 103, and also in a direction in which the movable part approximates the electric pole; insulator holding parts 40a, 40b which are arranged at tip sides of the movable part 20, hold the overhead wire 100, and hold an overhead-wire holding part 30 which is made to be ascendable and descendible, or expandable and contractible, and the strain insulator; a bridge 50 which is bridged across the overhead-wire holding part 30 and the insulator holding parts 40a, 40b; and a support 60 which is bridged across the fixed part 10 and the bridge 50, and made to be ascendable and descendible, or expandable and contractible in conformity with the ascending/descending or the expansion/contraction of the overhead-wire holding part 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
