PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded body 1 excellent in any of light weight property, heat insulating property, stiffness, cushioning property and recycling property. SOLUTION: The molded body 1 is formed by foaming a thermoplastic resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin and includes: a middle layer 2 containing a plurality of air bubbles 2a each having a major diameter of 400-800μm and an aspect ratio of≥2.0; a first and a second independent air bubble layers 3, 4 containing a plurality of independent air bubbles 3a, 4a respectively, each of the independent air bubbles 3a, 4a having an air bubble diameter of 30-300μm and an aspect ratio of≥1.0 t0 <2.0; and a first and a second non foamed layers 5, 6. The first non-foamed layer 5, the first independent air bubble layer 3, the middle layer 2, the second independent air bubble layer 4 and the second non-foamed layer 6 are layered in this order.
