PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a non-directional condenser microphone unit and a non-directional condenser microphone in which a diaphragm is not sharply displaced even when large pressure variation occurs. SOLUTION: The non-directional condenser microphone unit includes: an acoustic terminal 11; the diaphragm 3 to be vibrated when receiving the sound pressure of a sound wave entered from the acoustic terminal 11; and a fixed electrode opposed to the diaphragm 3 through a gap and is configured such that the rear space of the diaphragm 3 is closed. The non-directional condenser microphone unit further includes: an opening 14 for connecting the rear space of the diaphragm 3 to the external; and valves 15, 25 to be displaced in a direction for opening the opening 14 by external pressure variation.
