<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for cultivating plants including promoting plant growth and also suppressing occurrence of each kind of disease through very easy work even without positively using fertilizers and agricultural chemicals, and remarkably increasing the nutritive value of a plant edible area. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for cultivating plants includes using yellow soil-containing soil as a culture medium for plant raising, and applying a mineral component-containing water solution like underground water and hot spring water to the soil.
