The system has a pair of catheters (10) and a pair of magnets (12), where one of the magnets is adjustably arranged in a lumen (11) of one of the catheters. The other magnet is adjustably arranged in a lumen of the other catheter along an axial direction of the respective catheters. The latter magnet has a guiding groove parallel to the axis of the former catheter. A cutter is adjustably arranged in the groove with a trough-shaped extension that is formed congruently to the former magnet. The catheters have sliding coatings and/or Roentgen markings on inner or outer surfaces.
