PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer resin composition excellent in oil resistance, mechanical properties and molding workability, particularly low in a compression set under a high temperature condition wherein the surface of a molded article formed is not sticky. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a block copolymer resin constituent (a), 30-300 pts.wt. of a non-aromatic rubber softener (b), 10-300 pts.wt. of an peroxide decomposition type olefine resin (c), 0.5-5.0 pts.wt. of an organic peroxide (d), and 1.0-10.0 pts.wt. of crosslinking auxiliary agent (e), the block copolymer resin constituent comprising 85-15 wt.% of a block copolymer (a-1) composed of at least two polymer blocks (A<SB>1</SB>) constituted mainly by a vinyl aromatic compound and at least one polymer block (B<SB>1</SB>) constituted mainly by a conjugated diene compound, and 15-85 wt.% of a hydrogenated block copolymer (a-2) obtained by hydrogenating a block copolymer composed of at least two polymer blocks (A<SB>2</SB>) constituted mainly by a vinyl aromatic compound and at least one polymer block (B<SB>2</SB>) constituted mainly by a conjugated diene compound.
