PURPOSE: A device for displaying unpermitted passing vehicles which pass through a tollgate without paying is provided to prevent the contact accident with a vehicle behind. CONSTITUTION: A prevention device(11) visually prevents without notice pass of vehicles. A billing section(30) settles accounts pike. A controller(40) stores the information of the billing section. The saved information is recognized and an spraying device(55) and blocking device are controlled. The spraying device sprays display solution through the control of the controller. |
