<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device capable of forming a microstructure surface of highest quality while avoiding defects, that is, forming the microstructure surface with minimum gas charging and relatively low technical effort. <P>SOLUTION: The method is effected by inputting a molding material into a container 10 comprising a mold cavity 14, wherein at least one microstructured mold 12 is provided in the mold cavity. Furthermore, the centrifugation of the container 10 is carried out until the molding material has completely entered into the structure of the mold 12. Thereafter, the molding material is cured to form a molded body having a microstructure, which is then removed from the mold 12 and the container 10. The container 10 into which the mold 12 is inserted is connectable to a centrifuge.
