PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for easily registering biological information without making a registration worker or a registered person of the biological information take trouble. SOLUTION: A biological information registration terminal 10 transmits an ID collation request to a management server 13, receives a collation result from the management server 13, displays a screen prompting input of the biological information, transmits a confirmation request of biological information registration presence/absence to the management server 13, receives a biological information unregistered notification from the management server 13, displays the screen prompting the input of the biological information, transmits a biological information registration request to the management server 13, and receives a biological information registration completion notification from the management server 13. The management server 13 receives the ID collation request from the biological information registration terminal 10, collates an ID, transmits a result thereof to the biological information registration terminal 10, receives the confirmation request of the biological information registration presence/absence from the biological information registration terminal 10, confirms the registration presence/absence of the biological information, transmits the biological information unregistered notification to the biological information registration terminal 10, receives the biological information registration request from the biological information registration terminal 10, registers the biological information associatively with the ID, and transmits the biological information registration completion notification to the biological information registration terminal 10.
