PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling-embedded air conditioner where a grounding path of an electric component box can be easily secured. SOLUTION: In the ceiling-embedded air conditioner, a casing 1 stores an air blower, a heat exchanger, and a drain pan 13 formed of polystyrene foam for covering a lower surface of the heat exchanger, a drain pan suspension metal fitting 4B is insertion-processed to the drain pan 13, and the drain pan suspension metal fitting 4B is fixed to a lower surface of the casing 1 to support the drain pan 13 to the casing 1. The casing 1 is suspended and supported by a suspension bolt suspended from a ceiling via a casing suspension metal fitting 2A, and a decorative panel is mounted to the lower surface of the casing 1. The electric component box 40 formed of an electric conductive material is provided between the decorative panel and the drain pan 13.
