PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-panel display configured to secure good heat radiation performance even if the device volume is reduced, and configured not to interrupt the reduction in thickness. SOLUTION: The thin-panel display includes: a display panel; circuit boards arranged on the rear side of the display panel; and a cover covering the rear side of the display panel and the circuit boards. The circuit boards include first and second circuit boards on the rear side of the display panel, the first circuit board being arranged on the upper side, the second circuit board being arranged on the lower side, so that they may not overlap each other. The first and the second circuit boards each include: a main mounting surface on which many electrical components are mounted; and a sub-mounting surface, being a rear surface of the main mounting surface, on which electrical components fewer than those on the main mounting surface are mounted. The main mounting surface of the first circuit board is arranged upside down with respect to the main mounting surface of the second circuit board, and a heat radiator with fins is arranged on the side of the sub-mounting surface of the first circuit board.
