PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality diagnostic system of an electronic control device capable of properly determining abnormality of the electronic control device. SOLUTION: When detecting a stopping request of an internal combustion engine, before stopping an ECU, a normal finish flag F is set to " 1 ", and the effect that this stopping is the normal finish is registered. When starting the engine, the effect that the last time stopping of the ECU is the abnormal finish, is determined (Step S240) based on the fact of not recording the effect that the normal finish flag F is " 0 " and is the normal finish (Step S210 : NO).
