PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively sustain a player's expectancy for a probability variable game state from the opening of a game parlor by increasing the opportunity for presentation in a special mode to be executed. SOLUTION: An integrated CPU commands the start of respective special modes based on the determination of various jackpots or minor jackpots. When the integrated CPU commands the start of a regular mode from the loading of the power supply, the integrated CPU commands the start of the special modes also with the establishment of a condition for the shift after loading of the power supply based on the determination of a miss under a specific condition after loading of the power supply (Yes as the result of determination in a step S40) as the trigger. As a result, when the integrated CPU commands the start of the regular mode from the loading of the power supply, the opportunity for the respective special modes to be executed can be increased under the specific condition after loading of the power supply (Yes as the result of determination in the step S40), and therefore, the player's expectancy for the probability variable game state can be effectively sustained from the opening of the game parlor.
