<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable excrement-treating tool without using time and effort for the treatment of the excrement discharged by a dog while taking a walk, considering hygienic points and rich in functionality. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The portable excrement-treating tool is constituted by a holding part having a groove and equipped with a bag formed so as to receive the excrement of the dog before falling down, a freely extending and contracting fixing member for fixing the bag and a foldable handle part for supporting the holding part. Further, the tool is provided with: a completed member, used as the holding part, obtained by using a movable wire material treated with a cover of a cylindrical member, doubling the side surfaces of both of members formed as ring forms having different sizes, further overlapping a plurality of number of them, and winding spirally with a string-formed member; wherein the holding part has a freely extending and contracting fixed part equipped with a freely transferrable handle member, while the freely extending and contracting fixing member can be exchangeable, the handle part has a function of enduring its weight and curvature by knitting and twisting the wire material, and further a member for a pen light-fixing function and a tape member having an attaching and detaching function for temporarily closing the port of the bag are made attachable, and further the holding part has a construction of enabling the deformation of the ring and the handle part has a construction of enabling the deformation of its form.
