PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sealability of a lowly viscous liquid content between a movable seal member and the inner circumferential surface of a vessel body in an airless pump mechanism, and to prevent deterioration of the sealability when a film shrink work is conducted to the outer surface of the vessel body not filled with a content with the movable seal member built in the vessel body. SOLUTION: The sealing sections (2a and 2b) between the movable seal member (2) and the inner circumferential surface of the vessel body (1a) are each made of an elastic member of rubber or a thermoplastic elastomer that recovers instantly from deformation.
