A valve comprises a valve body (10) having a cylindrical bore (12) and at least two fluid passages (14, 15) connected to the cylindrical bore (12). A rotating body (20) has at least one means for allowing fluid flowing through the fluid passages (14, 15), and at least one means for blocking fluid flowing through the fluid passages (14, 15). At least one sealing (30) is arranged inside said cylindrical bore (12), said sealing having an outer surface parallel with the axis of the cylindrical bore (12), and an inner surface parallel with the lateral surface of the rotating body (20).
