MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR CELL CULTURE SCAFFOLD

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing cell culture scaffolds are provided to form the cell culture scaffolds having different decomposition periods, mechanical and physical properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacture apparatus of cell culture scaffolds includes: more than two solution reservoirs and a plurality of injection pipes; an injecting member(1) which is equipped with a nozzle in the end part of the injection pipe; a pressurization member(2) which pressurizes the solution of each solution reservoir; a flow control valve which controls the solution spray through the injection pipe; a collecting plate(4) which is equipped in the lower part of the injecting member to collect the solution sprayed by the injection; a transfer apparatus(5) which transfers the injecting member or the collecting plate in the X-Y-Z direction; an automatic temperature control apparatus(6) for controlling the temperature of the solution reservoir; and a controller(7) which controls the pressurization, flow control valve, transfer apparatus and automatic temperature control apparatus.
