PURPOSE: A color filter with a uniform film thickness and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize the level difference of films between color layers. CONSTITUTION: A shutter pattern is formed on a substrate. Ink is transferred in a pixel unit using a reverse offset print method. A press process is performed on the transferred ink. The shutter pattern and ink are plasticized.
