<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration generated in a bossing by improving the lateral wobbling of a propeller. <P>SOLUTION: A ship vibration suppressing apparatus comprises plate-like projecting parts 51 extending outwardly from right and left sides of a bossing 41 formed on a bottom on a stern 11 side of a ship, and blades 52 extending in the vertical direction from extending ends of the plate-like projecting parts 51. In this constitution, the bossing 41 is reinforced from the outer side by the blades 52 mounted to the right and left sides of the bossing 41 via the projecting parts 51. Thus, sufficient rigidity for suppressing the wobbling of the propeller 3 is imparted to the bossing 41.
