<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exclude maximally improper use of a job by masquerade when materializing a user authentication function with no contact manner. <P>SOLUTION: When there is no approved user ("No" at Step S22) and there is no job in progress concerning the approved user ("No" at Step S26) and when a predetermined period time is passed since an alarm message that there is no approved user is issued ("Yes" at Step S27), there is a high possibility that the job may be improperly used by a third person if these states are left as they are.
