摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion material having a low cost and good thermoelectric conversion performance, easy to manufacture, and suitable for mass-production. <P>SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion material comprises grains and a grain boundary phase to cover the surfaces thereof, the grain is a perovskite oxide, an insulating material such as SrTiO<SB>3</SB>for instance, the grain boundary phase is the perovskite oxide, a semiconductor obtained by doping SrTiO<SB>3</SB>or the like with a metal for instance, the average primary particle diameter of the grain is 2-100 nm, and the thickness of the grain boundary phase is 0.2-8 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
