PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and quickly photograph an object in an unfixed direction without taking an impossible posture or the like when the optical axis direction of a camera is not horizontal. SOLUTION: When the degree of inclination of the optical axis of the camera with respect to a horizontal direction is a prescribed value or more, a feature amount of a specific object image, such as a face is extracted from a multilateral direction.
