PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a mounting structure of V rods on frames and obtain high fastening strength by fastening front and rear axles to the frames by the V rods. SOLUTION: In this V rod mounting part structure, a fixed metal fitting 26 is provided at open ends 22b of the V rods 22, and V type members 23 for forming V type spaces 23a by inclined parts 24 including a plurality of bolt holes 28 to fix the fixed metal fitting 26 are provided in a cross member 16. Tapered seat surfaces 31 expanded in diameter toward the V type spaces 23a are formed at sides of internal surfaces of the inclined parts 24 of the bolt holes 28. Fastening bolts 29 are screwed into tapered nuts 30 arranged on the tapered seat surfaces 31 to fix the fixed metal fitting 26 to the inclined parts 24 of the V type members 23.
