PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge the presence of a lesion part and the three-dimensional expanse of the lesion part from the structural data due to the measurement of OCT. SOLUTION: A structure analyzing part 125 is equipped with a structural data integrating part 251 as an on-plane structural data calculating means, a space frequency analyzing part 252, a normality/abnormality-determining part 253, a memory part 254 and a determination result display controlling part 255. An abnormal structure-determining means is constituted of the space frequency analyzing part 252 (pattern recognizing means) and the normality/abnormality-determining part 253.
