PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic cleaning tool which can easily remove cosmetics applied or stuck to the peripheries of the eyes of a person. SOLUTION: The cosmetic cleaning tool includes an intermediary member 2 having a cleaning brush 3 attached to the tip and a cleaning solution tank 5 attached to the rear end of the intermediary member. A cleaning solution communication hole 2D is provided from the cleaning solution tank to the cleaning brush through the cleaning solution communication hole in the intermediary member. When a cleaning solution is pushed out of the cleaning solution tank to the cleaning brush, targets of cleaning on the peripheries of the eyes are washed away by a bristle material 3B containing the cleaning solution supplied to the cleaning brush at the tip via the cleaning solution communication hole.
