Ž<P>SOLUTION: The robot hand device 20 for handling a workpiece is equipped with: a hand base 21 attached to a robot 1; at least two arms 30a-30c each including a grasping part for grasping the workpiece; and a magnetic force generating part 39 mounted on the arm for coupling the arm with the hand base via magnetic force.
