<p>A primary heating surface type heat exchanger comprises a heat transfer core (2) in which hot fluid flow passages (6) and cold fluid flow passages (7) are alternately formed between the respective layers of laminated corrugated fins (3) and the main flow directions of fluids (H, L) in the respective fluid flow passages (6, 7) cross each other. The main flow directions of the fluids (H, L) in the respective fluid flow passages (6, 7) cross the ridges (3b) of any corrugated fins (3) that form the fluid flow passages (6, 7). In preferable, the ridges (3b) of the corrugated fins (3) laminated on each other cross each other within the angular range of 60 to 120º, and the main flow directions of the fluids (H, L) cross the ridges (3b) of any corrugated fins (3) at an equal angle. In the primary heating surface type heat exchanger having such a constitution, the number of parts can be reduced, whereby the structure thereof can be made simple, and the heat exchange efficiency can be increased.</p> |
