<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for producing an N-substituted organic acid amide. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the N-substituted organic acid amide from an acid substrate and an amine substrate comprises use of a catalyst comprising an N-substituted formamide decomposing enzyme composed of a specific amino acid sequence and/or a recombinant N-substituted formamide decomposing enzyme composed of an amino acid sequence obtained by deletion, substitution or addition of one or more amino acids to the specific amino acid sequence and having N-substituted formamide decomposition activity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
