PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To classify a warning zone so that people in an architectural space quickly can start evacuation even when a fire breaks out in a place where the visibility in the architectural space is poor. SOLUTION: In a method, an architectural space 1, which is marked off into a passage 10 and a room 20 having a passage entrance/exit to the passage 10 by being divided by a division wall, is classified into warning zones. The method is configured so that: the passage is classified into linear passage zones; the architectural space is classified into warning zones; an emergency broadcast device 36, which are provided for the passage 10 or the room 20, broadcasts the occurrence of a fire when the fire detection sensor 30 installed in one of the warning zones detects the fire and a fire detection sensor 30 installed in another warning zone adjacent to the warning zone detects the fire; and the emergency broadcast device does not broadcast the occurrence of a fire when the fire detection sensor 30 installed in one warning zone detects the fire but the fire detection sensor 30 installed in another warning zone adjacent to the warning zone does not detect the fire.
