PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an aphakic intraocular lens, restraining influence of a diaphragm and eccentricity, and more stably obtaining any focal point effect of multi-focal point. SOLUTION: According to this method of manufacturing the aphakic intraocular lens, at least in a partial area in the radial direction of an intraocular lens 10, at least two kinds of reliefs 26, 28, each diffraction primary light of which gives different focal distance are set in layers, a synchronous structure is set, in which the lattice pitch in the other relief periodically overlaps each lattice pitch of the relief having the maximum lattice pitch in the reliefs set in layers, and an obtained relief 24 is formed on the lens surface 16.
