PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely solve the problem which is caused by a conventional method for constructing a floor structure and in which the operation of accurately leveling a sub-floor panel cannot be performed due to elastic deformation of a rubber isolator portion constituting a leg member, because an operator can perform the operation of leveling the sub-floor panel, in the state of getting on a slab, without getting on the sub-floor panel as in the case of the conventional operation of leveling the sub-floor panel. SOLUTION: After the leg member 1 is arranged on the slab S, a height adjusting tool 2 is connected to the leg member. Subsequently, the height adjusting tool is turned so that a horizontal laser beam L of a laser level meter placed on the slab can agree with a predetermined position of the height adjusting tool. After that, a supporting base 3 is fitted to the leg member after the height adjusting tool is detached from the leg member; and subsequently, the sub-floor panel P is placed on the supporting base.
