PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share a package because respective used packages are different between a method for fixing a crystal resonator to a package with a conductive adhesive to electrically connect them and a method for using both the conductive adhesive and a bonding wire to thereby fix the crystal resonator to the package, electrically connecting them. SOLUTION: A mount electrode of a crystal vibration bar 5A is fixed to a first electrode pad 1 and a third electrode pad 3 with the conductive adhesive 7, so that they can be electrically connected. By using both the conductive adhesive 7 and the bonding wire, the crystal vibration bar 5A is fixed to a second electrode pad 2 of the package 10 with the conductive adhesive 7 to electrically connect them. Then, the crystal vibration bar 5A is fixed to the third electrode pad 3 that is not electrically connected to the second electrode pad 2 with the boding wire, so that they can be electrically connected.
