<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device for a wheel capable of improving resistance against muddy water for a long time, and capable of reducing the cost without increasing a number of components in a compact way. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pulser ring 12 includes a fitting part 12a press-fitted to an end outer periphery of an outer member 4, a standing plate part 12b extended to a radial direction outer side, an inner flange 12c extended to a radial direction inner side from the fitting part 12a, and a cylinder part 12d on an outer end of the standing plate part 12b. A plurality of through-holes 16 are formed in equal intervals along a circumferential direction. A seal 9 includes an annular seal plate 10, and a slinger 11 having a cylinder part 11a and a standing plate part 11b. The standing plate part 11b and the seal plate 10 are confronted with each other while having a slight radial direction gap therebetween, and a labyrinth seal is formed. An inside diameter D1 of the inner flange 12c is smaller than an outside diameter D2 of the standing plate part 11b, and the standing plate part 11b and the inner flange 12c are arranged to be overlapped through a slight axial direction gap, and the labyrinth seal is formed.
