A collision determination device is provided with an aimed cell designation section which designates an aimed cell with respect to a voxel model expressing the shape of a first object, a point to be determined generation section (103) which generates a group of points to be determined with respect to the aimed cell, a space curve generation section (104) which generates space curves being the movement locus curves of the points to be determined, a curve intersection determination section (105) which determinates the presence or absence of intersection between respective boundary elements of a boundary expression model expressing the shape of a second object and the space curves, a distance calculation section which calculates the distance of closest approach from the space curves to the boundary face of the boundary expression model, and a collision determination section which determines the possibility of collision of both of the objects with each other according to the result of the judgment and the result of the calculation.
