The device (1) has a parabolic surface section formed subsequent to a central area of a reflector (2). The section is arranged in first reflector segment (14) and second reflector segment, where the first reflector segment is connected with a third reflector segment (21) and a fourth reflector segment at an edge (25) and another edge. The third reflector segment and the fourth reflector segment partly have surface characteristics such that a light beam (30) is reflected at the third reflector segment and the fourth reflector segment. The beam is deflected within a given solid angle region.
