The present invention relates to a non-pressurised alcohol cooker or stove comprising a rotary-mantle burner and a continuous supply system and including: a main fuel tank; a tank for supplying the burner, said tanks being mutually connected by a connection pipe; a float system which actuates a float valve that regulates and maintains the consumption level; and at least one rotary-mantle burner consisting of a tubular main cylinder with a circular or oval opening. Said opening has a crown or projection positioned therearound, which protrudes from the tubular main cylinder and which is used as a closing element together with the rotary mantle. The rotary mantle consists of a structure formed by a half-cylinder which fits perfectly to the tubular main cylinder in the longitudinal portion thereof and which, upon rotation about the central axis, regulates the circular or oval opening upon contact with the crown or projection, thereby allowing the lighting process to be controlled, the flame intensity to be regulated and the cooker or stove to be turned off.
