ACOUSTIC TRANSCEIVER AND THE UNITED MONITORING SYSTEM COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A device for transceiving a voice and an integrated monitoring system with the same are provided to transceive a voice of a monitoring target after detecting an abnormal sound within a monitoring area. CONSTITUTION: A sound detecting unit(130) detects a sound of a monitoring area to capture an abnormal sound. A voice transceiving controller(150) outputs a fixed encoded query through a speaker(120). The voice transceiving controller exchanges signals by a command of an integrated control system when an encoded answer of a monitoring target inputted through a microphone(110). An analog-digital converter(140) converts a voice signal inputted/outputted to/from the microphone and the speaker into analog signals and digital signals.
