CONSTITUTION: A method for screening protein which is specifically expressed in placenta tissue; a step of isolating the protein through two dimensional electrophoresis; and a step of comparing existing protein of preeclampsia or normal placenta protein by gel scan and image. The protein marker is ER-60 protease, alpha enolase, isocitrate dehydrogenase 1, human Aldose reductase, Phosphoglycerate mutase 1, endoplasmic eticulum protein, or Fatty acid binding protein.
