<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display device such that a thin film transistor of a drive section and a thin film transistor of a pixel section differ in charge mobility from each other, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent display device includes: a substrate including a first region and a second region; a first thin film transistor including a gate electrode formed on the substrate in the first region, and an active layer composed of a stack structure of a first oxide semiconductor layer and a second oxide semiconductor layer, the first oxide semiconductor layer having a higher carrier concentration than the second oxide semiconductor layer; a second thin film transistor including a gate electrode on the substrate in the second region, an active layer made of the second oxide semiconductor layer, and source and drain electrodes connected to the active layer; an insulating layer having a via hole formed; and an organic electroluminescent diode including a first electrode connected to the source or drain electrode of the second thin film transistor through the via hole, an organic light emitting layer on the first electrode, and a second electrode on the organic light emitting layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
