PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor tire information of one's own vehicle by discriminating the own vehicle from other vehicles. SOLUTION: A tire information monitoring system includes: a tire-side device 30 for transmitting a signal including tire pressure information detected by a pressure sensor provided on each of a plurality of tires 12; and a vehicle-side device 20 provided on a body 11 of the vehicle and detecting tire information by receiving a signal including the pressure information transmitted from the tire-side device 30. The tire-side device 30 receives a distance measurement transmission signal transmitted from the vehicle-side device 20 and transmits a distance measurement response signal having a predetermined frequency and phase information back. The vehicle-side device 20 includes: at least one antenna; a radar circuit that is connected to the antenna, transmits the distance measurement transmission signal, and measures distance information to the tire-side device 30 from the frequency and phase information included in the received distance measurement response signal; and a tire identifying part for identifying the tire-side device 30 from the measured distance information and distance information to the tire-side device 30 stored in advance.
