<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt recycling apparatus which prevents deterioration in the thermal efficiency of a heating treatment chamber in a drum without hindering the supply of an asphalt waste material into the drum, and can secure safety and workability for an operator etc. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The asphalt recycling apparatus 10 includes: the drum 12 in which the heating treatment chamber S for heating and melting the asphalt waste material is provided, and which is rotatively driven around an approximately horizontal axis; a feed opening 14 which is opened sideways at one end side of the drum 12; an exhaust port 16 which is provided at the other end side of the drum 12; and a hopper 18 which is connected to the feed opening 14 and into which the asphalt waste material is externally charged. The asphalt recycling apparatus has a waste material passage-type hot air blocking means 20 which is installed in the feed opening 14, prevents the escape of hot air in the heating treatment chamber S to the side of the hopper 18, and allows the free passage of the asphalt waste material by feeding the asphalt waste material from the hopper portion 18 at any time.
