<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data value determination system for calculating the degree of importance of a content on the basis of selection operation of content data by a user. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The data value determination system includes: an event acquisition means for acquiring an event to be used for determining value of content data; a value determination means for outputting a weighting element required to calculate the degree of importance of content data; a data acquisition means for acquiring content data; and a score operation means for performing operation processing of the degree of importance of the content data acquired by the data acquisition means on the basis of the weighting element outputted by the value determination means. The value determination means includes an operation operating means for outputting weighting elements of a user to individual content data in a group of content data which are an object of comparison of significance on the basis of order of selection operation of content data by the user.
