<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiator wherein heat radiation efficiency of a laser diode being a heat generator is improved. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the injection hole-facing surface Ha of the holder H of a BD light-emitting part 16 in a disk device (Blu-ray (R) Disk recorder or player), a ring-shaped grease accumulation groove 33 concentric with a grease injection hole 30 and having a larger diameter than the grease injection hole 30 is formed. The inner peripheral surface of the grease accumulation groove 33 is a conical surface 33a concentric with the grease injection hole 30, the outer peripheral surface of the grease accumulation groove 33 is an outer periphery inclined surface 33b expanding outward. An annular protrusion part 34 obtained by bending the periphery of the grease injection hole 30 and integrally forming thereof with a heat radiation plate 28 is projected toward the grease accumulation groove 33 to inject grease G from the grease injection hole 30 into the grease accumulation groove 33.
