<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a planetary transmission for transmitting repetitively positive-reverse rotation such as rocking motion has been only capable of transmitting repetitively positive-reverse rotations depending on input rotation or transmitting single-side rotation via a one-way clutch or a ratchet incorporated therein. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This planetary transmission is constructed with two-stage planetary gears mounted on a carrier. The first-stage one generally consists of an inside sun gear 2, a planetary gear 3, and an outside internal gear 4. The second-stage one consists of a sun gear 5, two planetary gears 6a, 6b combined, and an outside internal gear 7 in combination. One-way clutches 8 are incorporated in the two sun gears 2, 5 to transmit the rotation of them to a center shaft 9 in the same direction. Even in the repetitively positive-reverse rotation of the carrier, one of the one-way clutches transmits the rotation to actualize rotation in one direction consistently.
