PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer cross-linked product having an interlocked structure capable of being simply produced and to provide a method for producing the same, especially to provide a beautiful filmy polymer cross-linked product, and to provide a method for produce the same. SOLUTION: The polymer cross-linked product having the interlocked structure is obtained by mixing a polymer having two or more cyclic portions with a linear molecule having a block group at one end and a polymerizable functional group at the other end and/or a linear molecule having polymerizable functional groups at both the ends to form an inclusion complex in its one or all portions, and then copolymerizing the polymerizable functional groups with a water-soluble (meth)acrylic acid-based monomer not having a lower limit critical solution temperature.
