PURPOSE: A double corrugated steel pipe covered with lining and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent corrosion due to sewage and waste water by coating even a lock seam completely. CONSTITUTION: A double corrugated steel pipe(P) comprises a coated corrugated steel pipe(10), a resin type synthetic resin lining(20a), and a lock seam coating part(40). The lining embedded with a perforated steel plate is spirally placed along the inner surface of the coated corrugated steel pipe and attached by spot welding. The lock seam coating part is formed by coating an inner lock seam part(50) with a synthetic resin(30) in order to prevent the leakage of waste water and maintain a flat surface.
